Compensation: 2,00,000 - 3,25,000 P.A. Incentives+meals 

SEO Jobs In Delhi

  • Any graduate /post graduate /fresher or experienced having excellent communication skills with customer service experience preferred.
  • Respond to inbound customer queries over the phone & escalate product bugs.
  • Provide phone support to troubleshoot and resolve issues experienced with search engine client.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Search engine process and policies.
  • Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.
  • Must have analytical bent of mind with customer centric approach.
  • Candidates must have Excellent writing skills.
  • Respond to customer query and escalations
  • Provide email/chat support to customer to reduce issues.
  • Hiring any Graduate with Email / Chat Process Experience
  • Remuneration up-to 3LPA.
