Pearl Organisation is a dynamic and growing company based in Dehradun, specializing in digital marketing solutions. We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Google Ads & SEO Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Management:
    • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
    • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and improve ad targeting.
    • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to achieve desired KPIs.
    • Write compelling ad copy that drives conversions.
    • Generate reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
    • Perform on-page and off-page SEO tasks to improve website visibility.
    • Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to enhance organic search rankings.
    • Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs for SEO best practices.
    • Build and manage backlinks to improve domain authority.
    • Monitor website analytics and provide recommendations for growth.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Google Ads and SEO (Freshers with a strong understanding of the field are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads or SEO.
  • Experience with other digital marketing platforms like Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
