Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Location: Noida.

We are seeking a seasoned enterprise SEO capable of driving commercial success at scale while increasing consumer satisfaction. You will have a vision of what the business needs to succeed, collaborate with engineering on multiple projects at once, manage and report day to day performance of the sites, run campaigns and educate and advise multiple stakeholders.

To do so, the successful candidate will work closely with the stakeholders and the digital team at HCL. This role has responsibility for both strategy and execution, and as such, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of working closely with technical teams, as well as the ability to communicate with executive stakeholders.



Job Description: 

The SEO Analyst at HCL will be responsible for

• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming for the websites.
• Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings.
• Run controlled SEO experiments and prove the value of our ideas and help scale them up
• Responsible for the creation of information architecture of the website and SEO future proofing.
• Researching and resolving HTML code and content, link architecture and navigation issues
• Carry out performance investigations
• Proven track record in managing SEO projects from inception to completion
• Experience with Enterprise SEO
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Report on the overall SEO health of our web properties and rolling up SEO reports in a meaningful way
• Researching keywords using tools.
• Troubleshoot SEO problems & propose resolutions for SEO implementation Issues on the website.
• Stay on top of current search engine news, trends, SEO practices, and emerging items of interest
• Work on decoding Search engine Algorithm through small/controlled/measurable experiments.
• Co-ordinate between Tech. / Dev. team, UI - Website Design, Content, Product and QA teams and make sure to have handshake between these departments
• Lead a team and mentor them in the ways of organic search tactics & advice on best SEO practices
• Managing SEM budgets and Daily/Weekly/Monthly Activities.
• Achieve the targeted ROI for all Adspends on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Process implementation, including defining and tracking programs.
• Be open and willing to take up multi-tasking role in the digital team

• Proven ability to work closely with technical (software development) teams.
• Strong Experience of Organic SEO in Leadership Capacity .
• Strong knowledge of Search Engine algorithms & ranking strategies.
